Been in crypto since 2012, crypto was such a disappointment

This shit is trashhhhhh, sure overall ive made money honestly (im net positive for a good margin). But the amount ive lost, thousands on complete scan projects. Not even meme coins, just coins and tokens promising new futures, new tech, new this and that... ALMOST ALL of them have burnt to the ground, all of them. The only thing thats stood has honestly been BTC and what money I have has come from holding btc and bnb Projects like Lukso, Varsity, Omg/omisgo (for the old schoolers here) etc have all been unbelievably disappointing. And even though im up, i dont care, I barely look at it, its almost like a joke within my social circle - we all have crypto, we've all made money and honestly, I wouldn't care if I lose it tomorrow and it disappears. Crypto was such a disappointment
